Confirmation

When you have completed your booking in the booking system, you will receive an email with a booking number and a receipt for your service purchase. A receipt does not constitute processing, we reserve the right to reverse your order if we suspect any misconduct.

When you have completed your purchase of a gift certificate in the gift certificate system, you will receive an email with a gift certificate number that can be used to book the purchased service in the booking system. You will also receive a receipt for your purchase. A receipt does not constitute processing, we reserve the right to reverse your order if we suspect any misconduct.

Payments and security for orders – encryption

The following cards can be used in our booking-gift voucher system:

The payment will appear on your card statement in the same way as general transactions in the store.

Online price (price)

The prices stated in our booking-gift voucher system are in Icelandic krónur. Please note that price changes are not advertised in advance.

The service includes VAT. Please note that the prices in the booking-gift voucher system are subject to change without notice and that all prices are published subject to typographical errors.

Subscriptions

When a subscription is purchased in the subscription system, the person concerned agrees to the terms that the subscription fee is automatically charged monthly until the subscription is cancelled. You can cancel your subscription in My Pages and the cancellation will then take effect at the end of the payment period.Access granted by a subscription will then be closed at the end of the payment period. You can reactivate your subscription by logging in with your username and purchasing a new subscription. You can also cancel your subscription by sending us an email at gbr@gbr.is

Subscription with a trading card, You can purchase a card that gives you access to use the card for a certain number of times. When you purchase, credit is created on the card that can be used until the credit runs out, after which the card is invalid.

Cancellations – refunds

We offer a refund to the booking system if cancellation is received within 12 hours before the booked time starts. Cancellations must be made by clicking on the URL that was included in the confirmation email for the booking.

If you have paid by card during online booking, the refund will be made automatically to the card used for booking. Please note that refunds can take 1-3 days.

Website security

We prioritize the security of our customers. We use the best technology available to ensure that all payments are secure. SSL encryption is used to ensure the encryption of the card number and other personal data, and the encryption meets the strictest requirements for data protection on the Internet.

We do not store any card information on our servers or websites.

Legal notice

This agreement is in accordance with Icelandic law. If a lawsuit arises due to it, it will be prosecuted in an Icelandic court.
